About Atomic Radon

Science. Engineering. Analysis. Solutions.

Atomic Radon was founded to provide science-based environmental modeling, radiological assessment, and radon consulting services grounded in real-world engineering experience.

The practice combines advanced technical analysis with practical decision support to help clients understand environmental risks, evaluate complex scenarios, and develop defensible solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, and high-consequence applications.

Whether supporting a homeowner evaluating indoor air quality concerns or providing technical analysis for facilities with complex environmental and radiological considerations, the focus remains the same: delivering objective, technically sound results that can be clearly communicated and confidently acted upon.

About Jeremy Daniels

Jeremy Daniels is a nuclear engineer, environmental risk analyst, and technical consultant with more than three decades of experience supporting government, defense, energy, environmental, and high-consequence programs.

A military veteran and former Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician, Jeremy developed his career in environments where technical decisions directly affect safety, mission success, and operational risk. This foundation continues to shape his analytical approach to engineering, environmental assessment, and risk-informed decision making.

Throughout his career, Jeremy has supported organizations responsible for some of the nation's most technically demanding engineering challenges, including nuclear systems, radiation environments, advanced testing programs, environmental assessments, emergency planning, and complex risk evaluations.

His experience includes:

• Atmospheric dispersion and environmental consequence modeling

• Radiological dose assessment and emergency planning analysis

• Radiation effects and nuclear survivability evaluations

• Environmental and operational risk assessments

• Reliability engineering and Bayesian risk methodologies

• Technical program management and independent engineering review

• Residential and commercial radon assessment consulting

Jeremy's work combines engineering analysis, environmental modeling, risk assessment, and regulatory evaluation to support technically complex decisions. His experience spans government, defense, energy, environmental, and commercial sectors where technical rigor, clear communication, and defensible analytical results are essential.

In addition to consulting practice, Jeremy has authored technical publications and research studies in nuclear engineering, atmospheric dispersion modeling, reliability engineering, and risk assessment, with a particular focus on improving uncertainty quantification and predictive modeling methods for high-consequence systems.

Professional Philosophy

Effective technical consulting requires more than producing calculations and reports.

Clients need analyses that are technically rigorous, clearly communicated, and directly applicable to real-world decisions.

Atomic Radon was established on the principle that sound science, engineering judgment, and transparent communication are equally important components of every successful project.
